Khieu embarked on his academic and professional journey after relocating from Vietnam to the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1997, followed by an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, MN, in 2008. These qualifications have been instrumental in shaping his versatile career.

Aaron's professional voyage began with a pivotal internship at Dow Corning, where he achieved several U.S. patents, marking him as a standout innovator from the start. He then progressed to Seagate in 1998, dedicating four years to advancing his expertise. In 2002, he joined BSC, where, over the next decade, he amassed a wealth of recognition for his dedication and recognition excellence. 

Khieu transitioned to Medtronic in 2013, took a brief sabbatical in 2014, and later re-engaged with the professional world at Papin Dental in 2017. In 2018, he embraced a new role in recruitment at Professional Radiology Services, where he applied his extensive experience to influential contributions to the staffing industry.

Outside his professional commitments, Aaron finds joy and challenge in ping pong, a sport that complements his dynamic lifestyle with its quick pace and strategic gameplay. His passion for travel enriches his personal and professional life, offering new perspectives and fostering a broader understanding of diverse cultures.

In addition to his career and hobbies, Khieu is deeply involved in community service. He actively volunteers at North Point, participating in various initiatives that benefit the community.
